The Manufacturing Team
The study of The Manufacturing Team reviles (shows) what different trade groups considers and how they experience that the Maintenance and Production departments jointly do carry out the important maintenance work in order to achieve and maintain (constantly) the highest possible utilization off all Production equipment. It constitutes nothing ”Correct replies” i.e. does not take position whether the stated opinions are ”correct or wrong”.
It elucidates what employees experiences as deficiencies in the form of approaches, control and management of the activity.
